Two school's of thought regarding feeding. Some believe that anemones don't need feeding and food floating down will be enough to supplement the lighting. I think most people, myself included, like to feed our anemones once a week or so. 1/4" size pieces of seafood will do (shrimp, scallop, clam, white fish, mysis, etc.) I found my clowns are more likely to steal food than to feed the anemone.
