I'm not to sure about Big Al's(Because I don't shop there.), but the prices at Wai's are mighty high compared to others. I bought clowns there for $30.00 a peice(which never survived for some reason or another), and replaced them with ones that I picked up at Gold for 1/3 the price!
That's on one particular fish, the list goes on.
