Thanks all I knew the motor had nothing to do with filling, that is just common sense  Even the lady I talked to at the Sear repair line even said it was the timer (the beginning of the cycle) as the rest of the cycle works flawlessly.
another guy is coming out to check the pump.. I do no believe there is a problem with the pump either, as the leaking only happens every so often, and not every time, nor is there alot of water
