Ecotech Customer Service
Just wanted to give credit where credit is due! I recently had my main pump go down. Its the Ecotech Vectra M1 that was past its one year warranty by about 4 months. I called Ecotech in USA and they directed me to Michael at AquaDigital.com who is the Canadian distributor. I explained my situation hoping to get help on replacement parts or at least some help to trouble shoot the failed part. He contacted Ecotech and had a complete replacement shipped to my door in three days! Now that is customer service!
