IME, all halides have to "burn in" to some degree.
You'll want to give them 20 or 30 hours of use before they get to be their true colour.
It was about 20 or 30 hours with my bulbs anyways.

Normally I would say that zoas and sps a ok but with an inordinate amount of zoas, and so many different species of them to boot I would definitely play it safe with some carbon....Zeovit reputably...
