Hey for the pumpers on here can weld-on PVC 795 glue be used on hard pvc piping ? i opened up my can of PVC 705 and it was solid (GRRR)

it just seems to odd that i notice these things...
it just seems to odd that i notice these things on it and my clam hasen't been opening now i'm noticing that my blue maxima is not doing as well either, fresh water dips ? does the clam have to close...
