some times...
Some times the fish just don't like it. There is nothing you can do. Best way is to try another anemone. Let me know maybe we can trad.

one more thing...
I forgot one more thing is that you have to do some rewiring if I remebered it right. Since only one plug comes out if you want to put the LED night light on a timer and the light on the other one...

the price sounds right and you can find same deal if not better on Ebay (since this store won't ship until end of Aug) but the customs and tax will cost you around $45 Cdn.
