That's a cherub :) I think there is a lot of variety in the amount of yellow found on the face.... or maybe some very simmilar subspecies being sold under the same name :)

I think the issue is that he may eat them and will definately outcompete them for food once he starts eating. Seahorses are best kept in a species-only tank because they need a lot of special care....
