When did we become ok with replacing something every 2 years? I want, and expect at least 10 years of usage. This is one reason I wouldn't buy Jebao. Why not replace the Dart?

Looks like it may be acrylic. If the Weld-On 14 doesn't work then I would try some Methylene Chloride from a plastics shop. Not sure if you have an Industrial Plastics and Paints in Leth?
