Well, I wouldn't say I have super fast growth, but I do have some decent growth. You could always run an AB 10000K on a HQI ballast. It is suppose to burn at ~13000K that way. Nice white color and...

Hi,
I have a Kalk and Calcium reactor set up, so I really can't tell if I need to add more or less. I just add Kalk to my reactor every 2 - 3 weeks (3 heaping teaspoons) and that's about it.

I don't believe in overskimming either. I basically run a DIY version of this skimmer http://www.precisionmarine.com/html/xl.html rated for 500G on my 50G tank :eek:
Mind you I am a barebottom...

I can drill holes for you (1/2" - 1" bulkheads) but I can't notch the glass for you (I assume the glass isn't tempered?).
If you come over on Saturday, I can even do it then if you bring your tank...
