Built this setup then changed plans

Stand has a 36-1/4 x 12-5/8 top; 31-3/4 tall
Shelf usable space is 30-7/8 x 12
Glued and pocket screwed, and enamel paint

Top tank is 35-3/4 x 12 x 18 and...
