3000 gph from a dart will INDUCE a lot more flow then that in the tank. it is hard to compare that with a tunze or similar powerhead.

I use Elos, I have also used Salifert. I have never broken anything, and always gotten good readings that made sense from all of my test kits, baring Hagen.
