I am sure they will be able to provide sufficient lighting for most LPS but with that said, not all LPS have the same lighting requirements, you will still need to do some research on each individual...

I run my tank cooler at 76, worked for me...but I guess between 76-78 will be good if you don't run a chiller so there is a buffer if ambient temperature gets too high.
