phosphate in tap water
I picked up a seachem phosphate test kit, and decided to test out the phosphate level in my tap water.
and guess what, I have more phosphate from my tap water than my tank(6 weeks without water...

I just pop in one of these in my light fixture(2X150 hqi and 4X54w T5.) with combination of 6 months old actinic X 2 and 1 month old Giesemann pure actinic X1.
with T5 only. everything looks...

I just got my Vertex calcium reactor setup and reading seems to be good... 3 days of steady reading on Ca and kH. consistent daytime and nighttime pH reading as well.
pH 8.13 day 7.75 night...
