mine as well are out in full force during the day...

mine as well are out in full force during the day and retract at night....it's a nice coral. Mine has several heads now and started with just 1 on each frag. AND the added bonus is that no pests...

I had one of them, got it shipped from J&L and it was gorgeous, healthy etc...beautiful fish BUT loved to eat corals...any kinds....zoa, paly's, leathers, you name it it ate it!

From the reading I did, and discussion on other boards with owners of these eels...."smaller" fish are ok....they are reported to be kept with fairy wrasses and such...but if it can fit in the eels...

I got him on a Friday..he was showing interest in the mixed frozen food I use the next day-Saturday I was home and able to observe him for quite awhile...he ate fresh oyster within the first few days...
