have a bunch of these reusable gel heat packs if anyone is interested.

they heat up in a few seconds and stay at about 50ºC for a few hours. and can be reused after boiling in water for a few min....

Yes mine are stock optics. If you don't wanna see it, you can put a diffuser. But that would cut down the light too
