Beta Glucan
Anyone in Calgary find this stuff in a health food store yet ? ... I have phoned a bunch of them and the closest I got was Beta Glucan as part of the ingredient but not by itself ???

Both ! ... just get one big piece of glass and...
Both ! ... just get one big piece of glass and that way you can sit back after it is all done with no regrets ... besides just get the company that you buy the glass from to cut it for you.

The trick is to hopefully get a Regal young...
The trick is to hopefully get a Regal young enough to accept different foods other than sponges and so far he is doing good ... as far as the large angels go they are generally safe around most...
