peppermint's have always worked for me, some...
peppermint's have always worked for me, some people have not had the same luck.
I killed a few mushrooms with KALK and a syringe with a needle, Just try to inject the KALK into the tissue ...

Group buy on aquasafe RO prefilters?
Hey
Does anyone want to split a case of aquasafe RO prefilters? I think they are about $55 +$20 for shipping for 6 of each prefilter and 3 post filters?
I may get some DI resin as well... although...

they may not actually be peppermint shrimp... there are impostors (sp) that look very similar... apparently the impostors have a longer rostum ( the thingy that looks like a mosquitos blood sucker)

for 700.00 I would buy another 250w ballast...
for 700.00 I would buy another 250w ballast fixture and bulb DIY a Canopy with actinics then you could put a 20K bulb in the new fixture if you still thought it was too yellow

I ve left tonnes of snails in the tank as food...
I ve left tonnes of snails in the tank as food for the crabs...but I guess it depends how many crabs are coming for dinner and the volume of water... But I would say it's fine to leave it in there...
