Thanks for the advice about the concrete at the bottom broke it up this morning it was probably 2 inches on the bottom of the bottle... seems to cloud up the tank more now... guess i'm getting...

havn't had an overflow works great... to cure the flushing I angled the pipe from the overflow at a 45 and the outlet is 1-2" below the water line
I think siphon...
