NOT always true. XM 20K bulbs are more blue than XM 15K bulbs, but the 20K give off more PAR on the same ballast.

Because you have supplimental VHO actinics for color, I would go with 10K...

My camera is not good enough to pick up the color correctly, the camera shows more blue that it looks to me, so my pictures wont give you a very good sense of the bulbs.
