I think we can all agree that the actual numbers if in range mean little. For SPS stability is key, pick a desired number for all your parameters and keep the tank as close to those as you are able...

Your welcome. I should note the PopularGrow I use is fully dimmable down to 0 with WIFI controller 3 channels. The sBox is only dimmable down to 10% then off, if that is a issue for your planed setup...
