so what is the highest you would want to maintain with a mostly lps tank 84?
Are you better to maintain a constant 84 or swing from 80 up to 84 everyday?

Yeah to direct the flow from the outlet up it was tossing all the sand around. Yeah I'm thinking I'll do an ATO and wire in some computer fans. That chiller is cool but it'll be hanging out the back...

As you can see I have a few temp issues right now mostly because of the house temp but I'm just trying to figure worst case right now. But when I have a fan on or the ac on it seems to be ok.

Yeah would things not be stable enough with an auto-top off? Or is it a food issue. I heard most star fish eventually starve to death even in large tanks... so is it more that they will just starve...
