Looks good, that candy canes in the one pic look happy. Corals need time to acclimate from one light to another. Give things time to get used to the LED's before you do anything.

Nice size tank but personally I would go 96"L x 30"W x 21" or 24"DMy resons for that is 36" is pretty hard to reach the back at 36" & 15" is pretty shallow for some fish & it might cause issues with...

I would say no, I only had a few snails & a couple hermit crabs in my 60 gal. Hair algea was getting stupid so I added 75+ asteria snails & there going to town cleaning things up nicely.
