what colour bulbs to go with?

which skimmer should i purchase
my tank is a 65 with 40gallon sump and was thinking of purchasing a seaclone 150... it is pretty cheap about under 100 but i was thinkin of spending around 200-250. anyone have any skimmer suggestions

how many tangs per tank?
i've got a 65 gallon tang and im considering getting a tang or two. however i only heard u can only keep one? what if they were the same species? i really wanna get a yellow and a pacific blue...

green brittle starfish
is it true u have to target feed them or they will attack your fish? what should i feed him? also when i acclimated him it took me an hour and it moved around freely for the first fifteen minutes....
