Im monitoring to make sure i dont get any ammonia spikes, but yeah so far so good. The overflow definitely made everything much more functional and opened up the tank nicely.

All said and done it was alot of work but...

The tank now runs silent and i have an emergency drain as well so i can sleep at night without fear of a flood. Didnt lose...
