Looks like bryopsis to me , feathery ends , non clumping . Sea hare wont eat that and it will grow anywhere it want under any conditions . Real pain to get rid of.

Ive had good luck getting rid of monti , and zoa eating nudis with a yellow corris wrasse and a turkey baster to blow nudis out of the cracks and crevices of the corals . There like candy to them .
