I love it. Ive lost 65lb since december of last year but have only been doing cross fit for about 3 months now. I come home hurting every time but am building solid muscle mass.

Not sure if this counts as livestock or hardware.

But I'm looking for crushed coral substrate or larger grain sand. Used or new just seeing what's out there. Probably nees 50-60lbs or so.

Couldnt tell ya. Lol never really played around with t5 much. But I think you could still get a small amount of shimmer with them if anything. Depends on how many watts of t5s are running though..
