and yes it is a mark up but I've seen them go for more. Basically, whoever trains them charges more for the hours they spend training them than for the mandarin. Plus setting up...

I would recommend adding some "stability" by Seachem in order to introduce some benefitial bacteria into the tank. By doing so, I had to do water changes in my hospital tank only once every 4-5 days....
