Canreef - Pacific Time zone is one hour slow

90 g Tank and stand, (Lower Mainland) UPDATED

175W hamilton ballast needs repair. Where?
My buddys 175W hamilton ballast needs repair. Where in the lower mainland is the best place to take it to be repaired. The bulb initially starts to fire up but the ballast kicks out half way through...
