An observation about sand and fine sand

So in the past year, I've told several dozen people who were having issues with algae and cyano to get rid of their sand. Their problems went away.

That is all.

No point with the amount of rock:livestock ratio you have. That should suffice for bio. If you decide to go the Albert route or stuffing your tank to the brim with fish and stuff, then yah :D
