activted carbon all the same?
i was just woundering if there is actvated carbon for just freshwater and then another kind for saltwater or is it just all the same stuff? is some better then others or is there a certian type ...

you have some options, some peopl have put a MH...
you have some options, some peopl have put a MH light into a desk lamp or you can try one of those 25watt CF coralife screw in bulb, depends on what you want to grow
theres also the coralife 50/50...

i bought a pulsing xzenia frag and a cleaner...
i bought a pulsing xzenia frag and a cleaner shrimp (jock) and added the sand to the bottom, it looks alot better i think, im taking the rock out tomarrow and using epoxy to make it look alot cooler....

some people just use a small powerhead and turn...
some people just use a small powerhead and turn down the flow, there are mini filters you can use as well. you can use a table lanp with a CF 50/50 bulb for lighting, it all depends on what you want...
