Out of the 15 DE bulbs I have boughten the only one to ever go bad was a hammy 14k.

They replaced it and the new one is working very wll over my sump.

Never had a bad bulb from Ushio.

I would bring magnesium up to 1380 to 1400 if I were you, but 1310 is still pretty good.
