Thanks for the info! I'm good on water now I'm deciding how deep my sand bed should be I think I'll go 1.5 inch and then I'll be cycling my dry rock!

I saw this light on a few tanks and I didn't see much shimmer in the water but I guess the more agitation the more shimmer you will see. They looked very white so I would assume they have turned down...
