I've read that sometimes it helps to rearrange the aquascaping in your tank when introducing new fish - supposedly all the fish are more on an equal basis trying to figure out the `lay of the land'...

I'd say just to see what you can do ... if death becomes inevitable then it might be time to euthanize.
A fish with a broken back - not familiar with that - hopefully your fish is just suffering...

Used both peppermint shrimp and Joe's Juice
I used Joe's Juice on the big ap's and it mad them disappear magically - you do have to get right in close to feed the pesky things though. I also placed a small peppermint shrimp in my 33 gallon...

When my rosetip bulb anemone split, it got way bigger than it ever had before ... looked like some kind of alien mother about ready to give birth. Then the next day, I saw that I had two anemones...
