Hairy Mushrooms

I would love to unload some of my rapidly multiplying hairy mushrooms. Are they easy to get off the rock. I can imagine they tear easily or are they like xenia's and just peel off.

What are the flat shelled snails that come out at night?

I have noticed some flat shelled snail like things that hide out in crevaces in my live rock during the day and come out at night. Does anyone know what they are? Are they ok?
