This design stemmed from the fact that my RO unit is in the basement 2 stories...

I was going to get rid of the downdraft portion all together and use a venturi to draw air in to the pump and froth...

A quick idea for stirring would be to attach it to a cheap palm sander and put the sander on a timer and let it shake the reactor for me a couple of times a day......
