Water hammer from my check valve

As the title says... I replaced my check valve with a swing type and now when I unplug the return pump I get water hammer at the valve wich makes it open and close repeatedly slowly letting water...

I've been skydiving once, tandem dive at 10000 feet was awesome, freefall for close to 45 seconds. Can't wait to do it again! Also will definately go for a bungee jump in the near future. :mrgreen:...

Yes they have been grown out nicely. These frags are listed as 6-8 polyps per frag and 3 of mine (the fourth was a freebie) were 15-20 polyps! I can see new ones budding too :mrgreen:

Thanks again Ian for the corals and fish! I got four different kinds of zoos, a dendro, abalone, sea hare, and a filefish. The corals are amazing. Being a zoanthid lover this is the best place to go...
