Appropriate lighting for our 46g bow front
we currently have a coralife aqualight t5 high output dual lamp with 1- 38 W actinic and 1 - 39 w 10 000k.
when we purchased the fixture our LFS said that it would be enough light for our tank,...

Peppermint shrimp eating mushroom coral???
so we took the plunge today and purchased our first corals for our tank.. we got a few green striped mushrooms, and some button polyps. we put them in and they both appear to be doing well opening...

our sand is fairly coarse as well. we were told to hold off on gobies as our tank wasnt mature enough, at 4 months you think a goby would be ok?
as for our flow we have two koralia 3's.. right now...

the lighting.. i think its just fluorescent bulbs 10,000k and actinic lights.. its coralife.. i think its just basic...
