you need water changes as part of good tank maintenance (old water SG out, new...

I think this might be a long shot, but....

Can anyone ID this?
I have 2 of them as Hitch Hikers from my Live Rock.
They're about 1/2" long and oval in shape.
The pics are as close as I could zoom in on them....
