Somebody is giving me a fish, the thing is this person is located in florida and Im not sure if it can be done with regards to cities permits and such. Does anybody have any experience with this...

I did my plumbing yesterday and I want to know if theres a special proceidure to clean out toxins or a certain amount of time i should wait before I add water to the system or can I just go ahead??...
