Looks bleached. I'd test water to make sure the big items are in line, (Ca, Alk, Salinity) and try to manage temp, which, IMO, is likely the cause of these issues.

I've had 4 or 5 of these (suicidal f'ers) and had varying degrees of success. My first one cleaned my 90g of hundreds of aiptasia in a couple weeks. Others were less ambitious, but still did the job....

I did. Having a yellow tang, when they were in the tank, you knew it. All of them attached to the tang at once, and very quickly. I'm probably stretching it when I say 20 minutes, it was likely less....

Easy to get rid of these. Get a small jar, tie a piece of string around the top, add some fresh fish as bait and hang it in the tank at night. I cleaned my 90g of these in about 20 minutes.
