i think it depends on the type of fish you plan on keeping,normaly i would say no chance with puffers but i guess...

4 bulbs wont cut it for most sps even in 18", i have 8bulbs and i just ordered a giesmann infinity to replace them with,
i would sugest a fixture with a 250w and 2-4 t5's or maybe 2x 150w and 2-4...

mitch the owner can be a real pain to deal with but ive always thought he builds the best tanks,
ive had probably 6-10 tanks and sumps built by them and i think 4-5 from the other main tank builder...
