I agree that you can find them in shallow water...
I agree that you can find them in shallow water but the flow in the ocean/sea is more of a push/pull effect which is very different from the effect of the powerheads/closed loops that we employ to...

Hey Will ... DeWinton is between Calgary and Okotoks on Dunbow Rd ... about 2 minutes outside the city limits ... The area is called The Lake at Heritage Pointe ... pretty easy to find actually. ...
