chemiclean. Just works. If the cyano comes back, then figure out why. If not, you're done. I've used it the two times I've had cyano outbreaks over the years, and nothing bad happened.

It's an option. A bit more maintenance than a Ca reactor. Less initial cost. Harder to find bulk (affordable) kalk. Retail stuff is expensive.

I've used both, the reactor is a lot more set and...

Depends. How big is the tank, can you hide it fairly well? They're a fair size. If you have a controller, you can do the same thing with 2 pumps without the bulky box.

Selling a System Statistics

Just a poll for curiosity's sake.

For those that have sold your system, how many sold it whole, vs having to part it out? Assuming any of the sellers are still around reef boards :)
