Same here, don't feed any thing special excpet for zeovit amino acid, coral vitalizer, and sponge power. I don't think they count as a source of food. I do not run zeovit rock but pellets instead....

I have ais on my sps tank, nothing but good things to say about them. I have mine set up with a fairly long ramp up, about 4 hours then 100% for 6 hours and 4 hours ramp down. Sps colors are awesome...
