I'd think if you ran the common/yellow to both bulbs and ran the red/blue wires in series you could pull it off .... but I don't know how it needs to be done...

I finally have it working as I was hoping
2 independant fans, ducts and vents did the trick
I smoke tested it last night and everything goes outside...
