I use powerheads with foam in the prefilters, no skimmer. Works great, but you've got to be diligent in cleaning the foams and doing water changes. To boost the effectiveness of the foams,...

Rona has 5g pails and we have used them for our tanks. Lids are priced separately, I believe.

LFS prices are usually around $10 per lb, though I have occasionally seen some on sale at various LFSs for $8.50/lb.

Over the past few days, my spam blocker seems to have taken a holiday :confused: I'm getting up to 20 spams a day when I used to get none. Is this happening to anyone else? Telus is my ISP.
