You can wire a workhorse-7 for 2 48in VHO for about $60 plus wire and bulbs......Steve explained it in a thread a while ago.

Mostly glass around here (Seastar) you might get a used one either here or from the guys around Vancouver.
I bought glass and it still turned out better to order in.
