If it moves on its own accord then its most likely a flatworm. I have one about two inches diameter but with different coloration and with the research I did it was a Hawaiian Flatworm.

I use a Tunze 9002 on my 29 gallon and It works like magic pulls about a cup of skim/week. I am soooo glad I started using a skimmer small tanks don't need much to go sideways on a person
