Filter or no filter?
I have a canister filter fluval 205 for my 35g. Every time I go to clean it it leaks when I start it up again. Usually after retrying it a few times it stops leaking. I only clean the filter once...

Thank you for the feedback guys. I dont have have a sump, but i might be able to get the intake on my pump aimed at the surface somehow... also the suface skimmer is a good idea, any other ideas?
